  Your most hated Kingdom Songs ever...

  we all know that skilled songwriters the brothers are not, so what are your most hated kingdom songs?

  the ones that made you cringe when you saw them listed on the km or watchtower?

  Oh no!!! It's taken me years to try and forget all the Kingdom Melodies and one look at this thread and all the music came flooding back into my already overstuffed brain. I think I need to go have a nap. I don't feel very well al of a sudden!

  Interesting tidbit from a bethalite

  so my "bethalite" sister calls me last night for a chat (now i must digress slightly and say that conversations with my sister are few and far between - we have very little to say to each other and any calls to each other are merely out of duty) .

  after all the small talk, she tells me that she was doing stocktake in the tuckshop for a change instead of the usual housekeeping job that she is meant to do.

  i ask her why and she tells me that all the dept's within bethal who keep a supply of products have to do a stocktake in preparation for the big courtcase on friday.

  I cannot find any information about this. My hubby phone the Times newspaper and asked them if they knew anything they saud they will look into it. Will keep you posted.

  My husband and I delivered our DA letter last night. . .

  that is, letter of disassociation and denunciation, i like that word.

  .in person in the door of one of our ex-elders and via email to him and a few others.

  there was an added level of peace in doing that, which neither of us expected.

  My sister might be starting a fade.

  over the past two months she has been emailing me jokes and stories that no jw would ever read.

  i ran into her this weekend and she was talking about what she was going to do on her birthday today.

  her language around me is also lightly "salted".

  I really hope that she does fade!! Maybe the lack of love shown for her husband has something to do with it. Keep us updated it's great to have good news on this forum!

  i have been battling an incurable illness and will be able to post less and less.

  i will post my email, and any help you cna asend my way will be appreciated.

  there is treatment but no cure and no cancer yet.

  God help me - Just finished Crisis of Conscience

  i don't know whether to laugh or cry.. a friend lent me coc yesterday and i stayed up most of the night reading it.

  it took me 13 hours and i skipped the meeting today to keep reading, i couldn't bear to put it down.. i am shocked but not surprised at how closely ray's thinking mirrors my own in some ways.

  the part that hit me hardest was.... "conviction, it has no meaning or validity unless it is individual, personal.

  I wish I could get my JW family to read CoC. It gets easier to live with. At least you are finding out the truth, not many JW are brave enough to question.
